Arbesa Musa
Inspired by Ursus Wehrli’s The Art of Clean Up (2002), I transformed three recipes into visual compositions. Instead of showing the cooked meals, I re-arranged the raw ingredients, organizing them by form, color, and structure, untill I reached a likeable composition. To me, these simple, minimalistic arrangements also reflect Swiss cuisine, modest in flavor known and clean in presentation. The resulting photographs become the artwork itself.
